Custom Hat offer four embroidery positions:
– Front: 4″ x 2.4″ (10cm x 6cm)
– Left/Right/Back: 2.4″ x 2.4″ ( 6cm x 6cm)

NOTE WHEN PURCHASING:
– For custom products, ensure clear and sharp images or follow the provided image instructions.
– If we have already created a design but you wish to change it to another design, an additional fee of $5 will apply.
– In the event that you decide to cancel your order after we have created a design, a partial refund of 70% of the total order will be issued.
– We accept order cancellations within a 6-hour window from the time of purchase.

– We accept resend or refund for wrong embroidery, embroidery errors, and wrong sizes caused by our store.
– In case of missing parts in the embroidery order or incorrect shirt design, a refund of 10% to 50% will be provided.
– If you provide an incorrect shipping address, a shipping fee of 30% of the order value or the actual shipping fee will be charged (whichever is higher).
