NOTE WHEN PURCHASING:
- For custom products, ensure clear and sharp images or follow the provided image instructions.
- If we have already created a design but you wish to change it to another design, an additional fee of $5 will apply.
- In the event that you decide to cancel your order after we have created a design, a partial refund of 70% of the total order will be issued.
- We accept order cancellations within a 6-hour window from the time of purchase.

- If you provide an incorrect shipping address, a shipping fee of 30% of the order value or the actual shipping fee will be charged (whichever is higher).
